When flying to Cancun, Mexico, please arrive at the Cancun International Airport (CUN)
We recommend that you arrive on May 3rd in the day so that you can join us for our Meet & Greet Cocktail Party and be fresh and ready to start the next day. The retreat formally starts on May 4th at 10 am and ends on May 6th and 9 pm. We recommend that you depart on May 7th or later.

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please ensure that you purchase travel cancellation and interruption insurance once you have made your reservation. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance may pay for some or all cancellation fees.
With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. (*Please advise an authorized insurance provider for accurate information for your respective country.)
All Retreat Payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable due to non-recoverable payments that we must make in advance to secure the retreat center. Please consider your circumstances, such as job stability, pet health, passport validity, immunizations, visa needs, relationship status, possibility of getting pregnant, etc., before investing in our retreat. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend the retreat before making your payment(s).
